Key Responsibilities:​

• Manage all aspects of garment production, including planning, scheduling, and execution to meet targets.

• Implement quality control processes to ensure finished garments meet company standards and customer expectations.

• Lead and mentor production staff, conducting performance reviews and training programs to enhance skills.

• Identify and resolve quality issues promptly, making recommendations for process improvements.

• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely procurement.

• Work closely with suppliers to manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and challenges.

• Maintain accurate production records for audits and compliance purposes.

 

Qualifications:

• Preferred 7 years of experience in production supervision or a related field.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
